ISSFAL 2025, the 16th International Congress for ISSFAL, is taking place at the Québec City Convention Centre in Canada from June 29 to July 2, 2025. It is expected that around 400 participants will attend. All registrations must be submitted through the online registration form.

REGISTRATION TYPES
Student* - Intended for those applicants following a full-time course of study in a relevant field at a degree level or higher in an accredited institution of education. The grade may be held for a maximum of five years after the award of the highest degree for anyone in a post-doctoral post.
Regular - Intended for most people interested in participating in the Society's business (active/ retired).
* To register as a student, you must present proof of enrolment at a recognized university or college.

Payment Policy
Individual Attendees: Payment is preferred at registration. Accepted payments are credit cards and invoices. ISSFAL accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. ISSFAL does not cover the credit card transaction fee for each registration. Invoices are due 30 days from the date of the original registration.
Group Registration: If you are registering a group, you can pay by invoice or credit card. Payment is preferred at registration. ISSFAL accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. After registering using the online registration form, you will receive emails from Oxford Abstracts regarding payment and registration confirmation. Please keep both emails for your records.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made in writing by March 30, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 2nd, 2025. All cancellations must be made in writing to admin@issfal.org. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation request. By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the cancellation policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
Member vs Non Member Pricing
IMPORTANT- Only Members in good standing having paid their 2024/2025 dues will be permitted to enjoy the discounted Member Rate. If you are unsure of your Member status, please go to the ISSFAL Members Only site to renew or check the status. You may also email the Society at admin@issfal.org to confirm any questions about your membership or registration before registering.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIA
Satellite Symposia sessions are not included in the standard delegate registration fee. Three Satellites are scheduled for Sunday, 29 June, starting in the morning and going into the afternoon with lunch included, each session lasting 2–3 hours. The tickets are $50 per delegate, regardless of membership or student status, on top of your registration fee for the congress.
